sunrise over the sacred ganga river.we took a sunrise boat ride our last day there, it was incredibly beautiful
there was always a lot going on down by the ghats (the steps leading into the river) people come to varanassi from all over india to wash their sins away in the river and to cremate their loved ones. the pink building is the ma ganga temple, full of people constantly singing hari krishna hari rama.
this is our boat wallah, he was cool! the water may look beautiful, but it is septic, there are barely fish that can live in it, yet people bathe in it everyday, including using it to brush their teeth!

I just saw these last 3 das worth of post. It is all so awesome. b sure 2 check your email, ie been sending stuff. I miss u too. am already getting excited about your return. We love u and Chris soooo much. 1 more practice day and i think im ready to solo n the plane! did u see my route to come see you guys...wih i had the $ to do it. your old house is still for rent. Maggie's been usingyour car some. she loves it. we're going to start working on it. 1st thing get some conditioner on theseats luv ya! i'l email u about the thing at work, bottom line is we are doing ok, love your pics
shoot, your old house is for rent? that's where i send lindsay mail. i miss you and was glad to talk to you but i forgot to ask you like a million things. also done sewing the front of the quilt, after pilates tomorrow i am gonna get the back fabric and start quilting!!!!! i love you and miss you, and chris's uncle told me that if you use that water to brush your teeth in, then he is never seeing you in his office again :)
i'm scared for the holy man....it looks like he might fall into the river! sounds like you guys are doing great! aaron and i just love looking at the pictures......funny story: several weeks ago before i knew you were out of town already, i returned your lavender and soap dye to your old house. it was in a bag that read, "for sus" with my name and number....that was the night we moved to Stillwater and i knew we wouldn't be back in OKC for quite sometime.... the next day i tried to look you up and landed here.....so it looks like i still owe you some crafty-stuff :)
